How to order
Enjoy the shopping experience in our boutique by adding items into your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order follow the prompts to check out your shopping cart. Please note, our products are mainly shipped from Germany and the time of delivery of your purchase will depend on your country of residence and shipping selection.
We may have limitations on processing orders and shipping products to certain countries at this time. The shopping cart will not process such orders, but if it does happen, we will provide a full refund promptly.
Free shipping promotions at this time applies to limited orders.
Check Order Status
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. To check the status of an international order, you may contact us here or look up the tracking number on the website of the relevant shipping company's website provided in your shipment confirmation email.
All payment options will be available during the checkout process. Payment from certain countries or jurisdictions may be restricted. If that occurs, please contact us and we will check to ensure that this is not a fault in the system.
All payments are made in United States Dollars. The rate of exchange charged will depend on the exchange rate charged by your financial institution on that day and time the payment is processed.
Duties and Taxes
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that is supported by the shipper.
Shipping Options & Costs
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by the shipper. The shipping costs are based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. We offer economy and priority shipping options from our warehouse in Germany.
Free shipping is offered for limited countries, destinations and orders. If free shipping is offered for your order, it will be automatically calculated by the shipping cart.
In order to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipment.
Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to confirm a delivery date please contact us here before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
How to Return an Item
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us here and we will provide you with the return details (i.e. return ID number and closest return center address). All items for return must have original tags, not be used, or worn.
Once you receive the email confirming the return details. Repack the item you wish to return in original packaging and with all original tags. If an item does not have an original tag, or looks used, or worn, the refund will be rejected and if you wish to have the item returned it will be at your cost.
How to Exchange an Item
Please return the item you wish to exchange according to the above process under How to Return an Item, and place a new order for the replacement. item.
Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
Shipping and handling costs, gift box, and other charges are non-refundable.
Refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
In order to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products
If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace that item or accept a return of that that item and provide a full refund.
