No. We do not currently have a physical location. It is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, enjoy your shopping experience on our website

How does shipping work?


To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout

  2. Select or add your shipping address

  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue

  4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary for your approval before processing.


You'll be notified at checkout if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Please also check the product detail pages for any item-specific shipping restrictions.

When possible, product detail pages filter out offers that can't be shipped to your delivery address. To determine your location, we'll use your default 1-Click delivery address when you're signed in to your account and 1-Click has been set up; otherwise, we'll use your IP address.

How long does international shipping take?


It depends on which the warehouse your item will be shipping from. We currently have a warehouse in Germany and the United States. In order to ensure timeliness and lowest shipping cost for your item, we will aim to ship from the closest warehouse. 


If we are not able to ship from the closest warehouse, we will help cover the difference in the shipping costs.

How much will my customs fee? 


Most countries charge fees on imported goods that they call customs or duty fees. These fees vary country-to-country and are calculated from the weight and size of the package. Most countries don’t charge this tax on every package being shipped across the border- just those that they can tell are imported goods from abroad. Packages that are larger are more likely to be taxed but in each case, it's sort of a gamble whether or not that particular package will be stopped, inspected, and taxed in customs. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee whether or not you will be charged a customs fee or provide a specific estimate about how much this fee will be. We do recommend confirming local custom laws. As a reminder, Shaklibrands is not responsible for any customs or duty fees charged.

How long will it take to receive my order?


Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen at checkout. 

May I return my items for a refund? 


Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original, unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. All refunds will be returned in the form of payment received. Any refunds to credit cards will take a few days to be realized on the credit card. 


Any charges relating to shipping, handling, and duty costs are non-refundable. The refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

May I exchange items? 

In order to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products

If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace that item or accept a return of that item and provide a full refund.
